Warranty Service

All instruments purchased from The Flute Loft or a teacher affiliate have a one year manufacturer's factory defect warranty and the warranty repair is free, including the return shipping for US customers (if there is a defect). Customers are responsible for the inbound shipping and insurance. International customers will be responsible for the shipping and insurance, both ways.

To maintain this warranty, any repair required during the warranty period must be arranged for through The Flute Loft, an authorized Di Zhao dealer, and the flute must be registered.

One free adjustment is also offered during the first three-month period. Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs, both ways.

Repair Service

Please contact The Flute Loft for scheduling of repairs. For flutes no longer under warranty or for a repair that is not the result of a defect, we will provide you with a written estimate, and obtain your approval prior to servicing.

Maintenance Service

We also provide a variety of maintenance services for the serious student and professionals.  These include flute regulation as well as cleaning and polishing, oiling, adjusting, and overhaul from Di Zhao Flutes, Inc.
